I tried Broth Bomb for the first time and liked it more than I expected. The flavor was rich and comforting, not bland like some broths I’ve had before. One of the flavors did taste a bit too salty for my personal liking, but it was still easy to drink and really nice on a cold day. I reached out with a quick question and support basically said something like, “Totally get it, some flavors come through a little stronger depending on taste,” which felt fair and helpful. I’d order again, probably just try a different flavor next time.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive, and at this point it’s been too long. I understand shipping can have delays sometimes, but it’s fair to expect a package to show up in a reasonable amount of time or at least get better updates.

I mean, it tasted fine and all, like there wasn’t really anything wrong with it, but the price just feels kind of ridiculous to me for what you actually get

The broth itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the amount of plastic packaging felt really unnecessary and kind of wasteful. I also reached out to support about it and got what felt like a copy-paste reply, which was frustrating. I just wish the packaging was more thoughtful.

Also, the reminder messages felt a bit aggressive, like they really wanted me to hurry up and review or reorder. Overall, the product was decent, but the whole experience could’ve been better

I ordered one time and the delivery just kept getting pushed back. Maybe it was only a one-off, but there wasn’t really any clear update either, so it felt like they didn’t know what was going on. I ended up giving up on it. Probably not ordering again
